Concierge sourcing is a considered and intentional process.We begin by identifying pieces that align with your request through our network. Once a suitable option is presented and approved, full prepayment is required to secure the item on your behalf.This allows us to act decisively and access inventory before it becomes widely available.Should your exact request not be immediately fulfilled, we will continue sourcing or present considered alternatives that remain true to your original intent.All confirmed sourcing purchases are final sale.
