Louis Vuitton Eva Clutch in Damier Ebene
Once upon a time, I had an Eva clutch in Monogram Canvas. It was the best transition bag, from day crossbody to night shoulder bag/clutch. While long ago discontinued, it continues to be sought out for its timeless style and look. Not everyone likes the flap style of the Pochette felicie and the Favorite. Sometimes you just need a top zipper access point.

Condition | Good (all functional)
Origin & Date Code | Made in France, AA2171 27th week of 2011
Measurements | 9.75” L x 5.25” H x 1.75” D
Strap drop | 8.25” (chain), 24.5” leather strap
Material | Damier Ebene canvas, leather, metal
Hardware | Gold (although has faded on the chain, which is now mostly silver)
More deets | Light cracking of the canvas in the corners. Presence of a perfume smell on interior. Not overpowering, but I do notice it enough to mention. Light rubs to canvas on bottom sides, piping is good. Plate has hairline scratches and wear to gold finish. Interior has been bag spa’ed, there is some light staining in the corners, but is clean. One bottom corner has a small area that is mildly cracked. One of the leather tabs has been replaced ($100+ repair job at the cobbler) It was beautifully done, and blends nicely into the rest of the bag. The original button was preserved in that section on the exterior. Second last photo shows after, last photo shows before.
