Once upon a time, there was a style called the Monceau from the mid 1980s, with a very similar profile to the current Pochette metis. It has a S-lock closure, top handle and removable shoulder strap. The PM, continues to to be a timeless style, with a slightly delayed uptick - its popularity started growing around 10 years ago. This version, in black monogram empreinte embossed leather is more subdued yet equally as beautiful as its coated canvas counterparts.

More deets | Lightest hairline scratches and wear noticeable on the S lock, very common for this hardware. Same with all hardware, just normal light use overall. No fading or wear. Interior is pristine, clean and without wear. Leather still has great structure, slightest softening but emboss is deep and pronounced. Strap has a small crease from storage which will not be visible over time once used and put to use.
